Short Bio

Coming from a background as a software developer (M.Sc. in Information Technology) I work with software organizations to create complete, integrated value streams and supporting management systems based on Lean principles and Agile methods. I have also worked with Lean in physical production and am very much inspired by Toyota’s take on both production and product development continuously trying to understand it deeper and see how analogies may be made to software development. I work mainly with small to medium-sized Danish software companies most of which have distributed software development in Eastern Europe.
