We’re offering two categories of sessions:
What is it? These will be sessions that clearly explain/teach some vertical or horizontal slice of Agile. These sessions will answer questions like:
- What is XP?
- What is Scrum?
- What is a Stand-up?
- What is Agile?
- What Agile isn’t - common misconceptions and misunderstandings.
- What are these “retrospective” things I keep hearing about?
How do I…? Different from the “What is it?” sessions, these are oriented toward teaching you various parts of the various Agile practices/methodologies. These focus on those who understand at least some of the basics, and are eager to (or curious about how to) begin and implement a program of learning and implementation.
